I arrived in Vegas for Summit Wednesday night, meeting Kim and Dianna at the airport. When we got to our hotel (New York-New York), I walked through the doors and was instantly struck by how crazy everything is: an infinite sea of slot machines, lights, noise, cigarette smoke, and people, but no obvious sign as to where to check in.

In October, thanks to my friend and coach, Kim Yager (The Fit-spired Life), I started on a ‘get-fit’ journey. Over the last few years, I was gaining weight from a very sedentary lifestyle: lack of exercise, sitting in front of a computer every day, and eating out lots (oh, and falling in love with craft beer).
